Our strategy has been constant and consistent, with core market-facing divisions, each with a clear view on how to deliver performance for each end market. We have strategic priorities which span across the Group and have positioned us as a leading waste-to-product company.
As we have increased the breadth of our company, our strategy has evolved in two areas. Firstly, we have an overarching group strategic priority to deliver the benefits of the merger. We will do this by delivering the synergies we have committed to and by driving growth over the longer term. Secondly, we have introduced a new business division called monostreams which is a collection of businesses focused on specific end markets such as glass and electronics.
